Charming Stay Near Ueno Park
quiet area full kitchen easy cafe access
I found a calm, quiet area, perfect after busy days. The full kitchen was excellent. It included every cooking tool imaginable. I especially liked the easy access to the cafe for a quick bite!!!

welcome beer helpful staff
My room was cozy. the cafe had delicious drinks and food, also the welcome beer was a nice touch. i found the lounge area had interesting books. I also appreciated the laundry area and rooftop with views! the staff gave great suggestions on local attractions. i took their map and explored the area. staff were great!
the shared bathrooms cleanliness could be better. it was below japanese standards i've experienced elsewhere. mornings i was eager to leave the building as soon as possible.

The staff demonstrated friendliness and helpfulness. They ordered my taxi to the airport early. one staff member even walked us all the way to the metro station. staff made a great impression.

small bathroom repetitive breakfast
The location was good. It was close to ueno park and nezu shrine.
The room was small, (much smaller than i expected). the bathroom was especially cramped. breakfast was very repetitive with only four options available and the walls seemed thin. I constantly heard noise from the neighbors.

fantastic stay!
free drinks spacious building stocked kitchen
the happy hour included free drinks, a very nice touch. the building felt spacious and very clean. there was plenty of room to socialize and work. i appreciated they provided a well stocked kitchen if you wanted to cook.
the bed was quite hard, and i felt the planking in the center. i had stayed before, and the bed had been perfect.

The location is good. The neighborhood is calm. it is perfect for walks at leisure. nezu shrine and ueno park are nearby for quick visits during the day.

the staff were friendly and professional . they were always available to answer questions and provide directions. i really appreciated their help arranging transportation.

i had a very enjoyable breakfast each morning at the cafe. i highly recommend the basil-chicken sandwich, the fries were AMAZING!!! the coffee was also very good and strong.

communal areas are cute with a great atmosphere. the design allows you to sit alone or have conversations. laundry facilities were available. i was grateful for these facilities.

the location proved convenient. it was a short walk from the station and also near ueno park. the staff seemed kind and helpful.
the toilet rooms were not very clean. i noticed a strange smell in the dorm halls.

The staff was super kind. They helped me with directions. I really appreciated how clean they kept everything. The location is really great, close to many stations. I was grateful for the luggage forwarding service too.
I found the breakfast to be somewhat limited. There were not a lot of different options each day. I hope for a little more variety next time.

The room was quiet. It was fully serviced each day on time. I found the Small Double Room to be quite comfortable and cozy. The Small Double Room had all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.
